I do my best work with people who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and attachment or relational traumas.

My goal in therapy is to sit alongside you in every moment and emotion. Your experiences deserve an attentive, compassionate witness. We will work together to compile a narrative of your life, attuning to the moments you may have been missed or misunderstood. Along the way, our intention will be to unburden you from the elements of your story that keep you stuck or hold you back from being your most authentic self. We will lean into your strengths, and use them to propel you forward into a brighter, more hopeful future.

I practice from a strengths-based, relational, attachment theory, and IFS-informed lens.  I take a Feminist approach, which applies to people of all gender-identities, and focuses on empowerment and self-efficacy.

I specialize in the below modalities:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
