Hi, I’m Amanda. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and encouraged to trust your own strength.
I blend evidenced-based practices with a nurturing, person-centered style to help clients build resilience, clarity, and confidence. I’m honored to be part of the journey of the individuals and families I serve.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Connecticut. I have a background in crisis work and have a special focus working with clients who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, and peri and postpartum stress, anxiety, or depression.
I specialize in the following modalities:
