I take a thoughtful, multimodal approach to care, which means I see medication as just one piece of the puzzle. I strongly value the role of therapy and other supportive strategies in helping people better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I am a dual-board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in outpatient mental health care, and I specialize in working with mood disorders. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my patients and believe that feeling comfortable, heard, and supported is a key part of healing. My goal is to work alongside you to find an approach that fits your life—one that supports emotional balance, personal growth, and a more fulfilling day-to-day experience. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe asking questions and being yourself.

Specializes in:

  • Women’s mental health

  • ADHD

  • Mood disorders
