Ashley Save
Licensed professional counselor; (SHE/HER)
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation- a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Hi there, I’m Ashley, and I am so honored that you are considering starting your therapy journey here. My approach is relaxed, nonjudgmental, and compassionate, grounded in the belief that you are already whole. I’m here to understand your story, recognize your strengths, and help you explore how your past experiences may still be shaping your present. Together, we’ll navigate the experiences that brought you here, whether you’re healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or adjusting to life transitions and relationship challenges.
My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling understood, empowered, and a little more at peace than when you came in.
