Clare Neltner
Licensed professional counselor (she/her)
I prioritize fostering a safe therapeutic relationship through optimism, authenticity, and empathy.
Hi! My name is Clare and I am so happy you are interested in pursuing counseling. I believe that every individual has the potential to grow and to achieve their goals. I value authenticity and deeply care about helping others through their ups and downs. Much of my therapeutic experience is working with adolescents and young adults facing anxiety related to life transitions and difficulties with disordered eating. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, disordered eating, and the navigation of life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach, with a focus on the client’s strengths and capabilities.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy baking, traveling, fashion, exercise, and spending time with family and friends.
