Taylor Leonhart
Licensed independent social worker (she/her)
I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self—without fear of judgment, pressure, or expectation.
I specialize in working with individuals with complex or single-incident trauma who may be navigating difficult relationships, including those affected by a partner, friend, or family member’s active addiction. This may include struggles with emotional regulation, anger, inner-child work, and understanding complex family dynamics. I provide a supportive, structured space to process trauma, build coping skills, and gain insight. My goal is to assist clients in building healthy relationships, improving emotional stability, and increasing clarity and connection.
I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space built on trust and openness, where clients can be authentic and connect, sometimes with a touch of humor. My approach blends mind-body awareness with EMDR, ACT, values-based therapy, MBCT, talk therapy, and expressive arts to support healing and personal growth.
