Understanding Parts Work: An Integrative Approach
Many clients do not experience themselves as one cohesive “self”. They feel pulled in different directions, caught between parts that protect, criticize, avoid, or carry pain. Without a clear framework, this can feel confusing for both the client and the clinician.
Understanding Parts Work: An Integrative Approach helps clinicians make sense of these internal experiences and begin working with them in a grounded, ethical, and practical way. This course offers a clear introduction to parts work across models, helping you understand how and why parts develop and how to begin recognizing them in session.
You’ll learn how to gently introduce parts language, work with protective parts, and support access to more vulnerable or wounded parts without overwhelming the client or pushing past their readiness.
This training goes beyond theory. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to help clients build awareness, reduce internal conflict, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Grounded in a trauma-informed and integrative approach, this course supports clinicians in working with parts in a way that feels both effective and deeply respectful of the client’s system.

Identifying and Treating ADHD in Women
Many women with ADHD go unseen, misunderstood as anxious, overwhelmed, or “not trying hard enough.” This course helps clinicians recognize what’s often missed.
Assessing and Treating ADHD in Women offers a clear, practical framework for understanding how ADHD shows up differently in women across the lifespan. You’ll learn how to assess ADHD accurately, differentiate it from overlapping conditions like trauma and anxiety, and understand the role of masking and internalized shame.
This training goes beyond diagnosis. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately. Tools for helping clients build realistic systems, regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and develop self-compassion. Grounded in a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach, this course supports clinicians in providing care that is both effective and deeply validating.
