Before we can change our story, we first have to understand how it was written.

Our stories shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we navigate our worlds. They are influenced by our identities, relationships, cultures, and the systems around us, and sometimes those stories leave us feeling disconnected from who we are or uncertain about where we belong. I view therapy as offering an opportunity to explore those experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating space to rescript narratives that no longer serve us and move toward a more meaningful, authentic, and values-aligned life.

As a queer therapist, I recognize the profound impact that identity, culture, and lived experience can have on mental health. Whether you're exploring your sexual orientation or gender identity, navigating coming out, healing from past experiences, or simply looking for a therapist who understands the importance of affirming care, I strive to create a space where every part of you is welcomed without judgment. My work is grounded in cultural humility and a queer- and gender-affirming approach that honors the unique contexts in which each person's story unfolds.

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on authenticity, trust, and genuine human connection. My approach is integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and multicultural and person-centered perspectives. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen self-compassion, clarify what matters most to you, and build practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges while staying connected to your values.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, stress, perfectionism, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, questioning your next steps, or hoping to deepen your understanding of yourself, I'm honored to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels more aligned with you.
